AUTO MODULE-1
AUTO FEEDING/DOSING MODULE FOR PASTE PREPARATION
- Ingredients/raw materials of paste making unit like liquid, powder and granules are automatically fed to the TPPS1000 (paste preparation unit) by operation from the control panel.
- Recipe is fed/ configured into the control panel by the operator.
- The special load cell and special pump & valves are provided to ensure precise feeding/dosing of the desire quantity of raw material are fed into the paste making unit.
- The control system directs the opening and closure of the valves as per its weight and the recipe configured into the control panel.
- System capable of generating reports.

AUTO PASTE TRANSFER MODULE
- High accuracy valves with automation control features from paste unit to storage tank
- Computerized/ touch screen system for auto transfer of paste

- High accuracy valves with automation control features from storage tank to drums
- Special electronic controls system
- Special weighing scale enabled and linked to control panel for above automation system
